Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Ridge gourd pieces
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 2 – Dry Red Chillies
• 1/4 cup – Ground Peanuts
• Curry leaves
• Salt
• Oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a kadai, add the mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry red chillies and let them crack.
  2. Add the ridge gourd pieces and stir them for a while.
  3. Add enough salt to the vegetables, close the kadai and cook in medium high flame until they get well cooked.
  4. Before putting off the stove, add the ground peanuts to the cooked ridge gourd curry and toss gently until they get well mixed.
