Ingredients:

• 1 cup – gram flour
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 cup – chopped spinach, fresh or frozen
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying.

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together (except the oil) with a little water to form a slightly thick batter.
  2. Heat oil in a suitable pan and Deep Fried a tbsp of the batter at a time till crisp and golden.
  3. Serve with tomato or chilli sauce.
