Ingredients:
• 250 g – Boneless white-fish fillets, cubed
• 3 cups – Water
• 400ml – Thick Coconut Milk
• 1 – Chopped white Onion
• 1 tbsp – Grated Ginger
• 2 tbsp – Any herb like fresh Lemon grass or Parsley
• 1 – Small red/green chilli – chopped
• 1 tbsp- Fish sauce or Oyster sauce
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp- Lime juice
• 100g – Finely chopped Cabbage
• 1/4 cup- freshly chopped – Coriander leaves
Method:
- Smear salt on fish and set aside for a few mins
- Add all the ingredients, ( except the fish and coriander) in a saucepan and boil for 5 mins
- Now add the fish
- Cover the pan and simmer for 2 mins
- Add the coriander
- Now, uncover the pan and cook for 10 mins
- Serve hot with garlic bread.
