Ingredients:
• 200 g – semiya
• 1 cup – mixed vegetables
• 2 – Onions
• 1 – Tomato
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsps – Butter
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 cups – water
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cut all the vegetables and boil for 10 mins.
- Heat butter in a kadai and add onion, tomato and ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and salt.
- Add all the vegetables, water, semiya and cook covered for 10 mins on a very low flame.
