
Ingredients:
• 2 to 3 – cinnamon, Cardamoms and Cloves
• 1 – big Onion
• 2 to 3 – Cloves of Garlic (chopped)
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 cup – crushed Tomato
• 1/4 to 1/2 cup – thick Coconut Milk
• 25 to 30 – shrimp
• Chopped coriander
• salt, chilli powder, Turmeric and Garam Masala powder, according to taste
Method:
- First saute cinnamon, cardamoms and cloves in oil. Then add chopped onions and garlic.
- Saute till onions are light brown in colour, then add ginger garlic paste and saute.
- Then add the shrimp, tomato, salt, turmeric (just a pinch), chilli powder (1 tbsp) and garam masala powder (1 tbsp)
- Saute for a few minutes, till tomatoes are fried a bit.
- Then add water, let it cook for 5 minutes and then add coconut milk.
- Let it cook till the shrimp is tender.
- Add little bit of coriander in the final stages of cooking and then serve hot with rice.
