Method:
- Keep a frying pan on the stove. Put oil for heating, then add garlic, salt, onion and sallow fry them till light brown.
- Now add tomato, curry leaf and let it get cooked.
- Add coriander, chilli, turmeric all together and mix it well.
- Fry till the aroma comes.
- Now add tamarind water and let it boil, then slow heat for 6-7 min.
- Now add coconut and let the curry have one boil.
- Serve hot with anything like rice, chapattis, puris, etc.
