Ingredients:

• 24 -bread slices (cut in roundels)
• 2 tbsp -chilli sauce
• 1/2 cup -maida
• 1 tsp -salt
• 1 cup- Milk
• 2 – Onions
• 2 – Carrots big
• 2-capsicum big
• 100 g -French beans
• 100 g -cabbage
• 4 -green chillies
• 3-4 flakes -garlic
• 1.25 piece- Ginger
• 1 tbsp- soya sauce
• 1 cup-oil

Method:

  1. Apply chilli sauce to each bread roundel and keep aside.
  2. Cut vegetables in chinese style and shallow fry in oil.
  3. Make a batter.
  4. Grind together ginger, garlic and green chillies. Mix this paste with fried vegetables and soya sauce.
  5. Put this mixture on each bread roundel cover with batter.
  6. While deep frying put the batter side down.
  7. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
