Ingredients:
• 1 cup – water
• 1/2 tsp – tea powder
• 5 tsp – Sugar
• Juice from 1 Lemon
• 10 to 15 – ice cubes
• Mint leaves and Lemon wedge for garnish
Method:
- Boil water.
- Add tea powder.
- Let it rest for 2 mins.
- Strain and cool.
- Fill tall glass with ice cubes, pour black tea, add lemon juice.
- Garnish with mint leaves, a lemon wedge and serve.
