
Ingredients:
• 8 slices bread
• 125 g – Butter
• 1 Clove – Garlic
• 1/2 tsp – french mustard
• 1 tbsp – chopped Parsley
• 2 tsp – capers
• 4 slices mozzarella cheese
• 4 slices smoked salmon
Method:
- Cut 5 cm (2-inch) circles from bread.
- Melt half the butter in pan; brush both sides of circles with butter and place on oven tray.
- Bake with moderate heat in oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown; remove and serve cool.
- Place remaining soft butter in bowl, add crushed garlic, mustard, parsley and chopped capers; mix well.
- Spread butter over one side of each circle.
- Cut 2.5 cm (1-inch) circles of smoked salmon and place on buttered side of circle.
- Cut 2.5 cm (1-inch) circles of cheese and place on top of smoked salmon.
- Arrange circles on baking tray; bake at moderate heat in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
