
Ingredients:
• 1 – Medium sized, Snake gourd
• 3 – green chillies, chopped
• salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – Oil
• 1 sprig- Curry leaves
• 2 tbsp – Grated Coconut
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard seeds.
Method:
- Scrape and chop the snake gourd into small pieces then wash well and drain.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds. Then add the green chillies and curry leaves and fry for 2-3 mins.
- Now toss in the snake gourd.
- Cover and cook for a few minutes until the vegetable softens and the water dries up.
- Then add the salt and grated coconut. Mix well.
- Serve as a side dish.
