Ingredients:
• Soya noodles – 200 gms
• Oil- 3-4 tsp
• Curry powder – 1 tsp
• Buttom mushrooms, cut into circles – 200 gms
• Broccoli, cut into small pieces – 200 gms
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil the soya noodles in salted water till tender.
- Drain out all the excess water.
- Heat the oil on the tawa and fry the mushrooms and broccoli on medium heat, adding salt to taste.
- Cook till slightly tender crunchy.
- Mix in noodles and the curry powder and cook on the tawa for 2-3 mins more, stirring from time to time.
- Serve as a full meal.
