
Ingredients:
• 1 bunch – Palak (ground to a paste)
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Green chilli paste
• A sprig – fresh coriander
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• Oil or Butter
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Take flour in a bowl and add all ingredients, except palak paste. Mix it well.
- Then add the palak paste, make a dough (adding a little water if needed) and keep aside for 20 mins.
- Roll it into rotis and fry on a tawa.
- Apply oil or pure ghee and serve hot with sauce, curd or chutney.
