
Ingredients:
• 200 g – low cal Paneer
• 2 cups – Maida
• 1/2 tsp – ajwain
• 1/2 cup – boiled, mashed green gram
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – chaat masala
• salt and oil to taste
Method:
- Add salt to maida and mix in a bowl; add ajwain.
- Add 1 tsp oil and 1/4 cup water to make a thick dough.
- For the stuffing, mix all the ingredients and spices in a bowl.
- Doll out the dough into a circle and shape into a cone. Dampen the edges.
- Fill the cone with the stuffing and close the edges.
- Deep-fry the samosas and serve hot with ketchup.
