Ingredients:
• 1 cup – all – purpose flour
• 1 cup – Whole Wheat flour
• 3 tbsp – Olive oil
• 1 tsp – Red chilly flakes
• 1 tsp – Dry Parsley leaves
• 1 tsp – Ajwain seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Flax seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Sesame seeds
• 1 tsp – Salt
• 3 tbsp – Yogurt.
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 350F and line the baking sheets over a baking tray and keep aside.
- Now combine all the flour, salt, red chilly flakes, dry parsley leaves, ajwain seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, yoghurt, olive oil and water, mix well and knead into a stiff dough.
- Roll the dough out as a thick circle and cut it with a cookie cutter.
- Place the circles over the baking sheets and bake for 20-25mins.
- Now let it cool.
- Serve with tea.
