Ingredients:

• 1 cup – all – purpose flour
• 1 cup – Whole Wheat flour
• 3 tbsp – Olive oil
• 1 tsp – Red chilly flakes
• 1 tsp – Dry Parsley leaves
• 1 tsp – Ajwain seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Flax seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Sesame seeds
• 1 tsp – Salt
• 3 tbsp – Yogurt.

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line the baking sheets over a baking tray and keep aside.
  2. Now combine all the flour, salt, red chilly flakes, dry parsley leaves, ajwain seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, yoghurt, olive oil and water, mix well and knead into a stiff dough.
  3. Roll the dough out as a thick circle and cut it with a cookie cutter.
  4. Place the circles over the baking sheets and bake for 20-25mins.
  5. Now let it cool.
  6. Serve with tea.
