Ingredients:
• eggs – 4
• Carrot – 1
• Tomato – 1
• Onion – 1
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• A bit of Beans, Potato, Cheese
• Seasoning- as per taste
Method:
- Boil the eggs in a pan.
- Chop all the vegetables and fry in some oil along with seasoning.
- Remove the yolk from the boiled eggs and stuff with the vegetables.
- Mayonese can be used as the dip for the eggs.
- Garnish with cheese.
