Ingredients:

• 7 oz. – Cream style Corn
• 14 oz. – Chicken broth
• 1 boneless – Chicken breast
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 – Egg
• 4 – green onions, chopped for garnish
• Salt and pepper to taste.

Method:

  1. Boil the chicken breast and shred.
  2. Add the egg to the chopped meat and mix well. Boil the chicken broth.
  3. Add the corn to the boiled broth and bring back to boil.
  4. Mix the corn flour in 2 tsp water and add to the boiling broth.
  5. Add the chopped meat and egg mix. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add salt, pepper and chopped scallions and serve.
