Ingredients:
• 7 oz. – Cream style Corn
• 14 oz. – Chicken broth
• 1 boneless – Chicken breast
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 – Egg
• 4 – green onions, chopped for garnish
• Salt and pepper to taste.
Method:
- Boil the chicken breast and shred.
- Add the egg to the chopped meat and mix well. Boil the chicken broth.
- Add the corn to the boiled broth and bring back to boil.
- Mix the corn flour in 2 tsp water and add to the boiling broth.
- Add the chopped meat and egg mix. Bring to a boil.
- Add salt, pepper and chopped scallions and serve.
