
Ingredients:
• 5 red ripe tomatoes, diced
• 1/2 – onion, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – Basil leaves, chopped
• 1 Clove – garlic, finely minced
• pinch – pepper
• 1 tbsp. – fresh Lemon juice
• 2 tbsp – Olive oil
• salt to taste
Method:
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Leave mixture at room temperature for 25 mins before serving with pasta or pizza.
