
Ingredients:
• Wheat flour – 2 cups
• Tomato sauce – 2 cups
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Cilantro – 1 cup
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil the tomato sauce, chilli powder, cilantro and salt for 15 minutes till it turns to a paste.
- Then add it to the wheat flour little by little and knead well.
- Separate the dough into small even-sized balls.
- Roll each of them into a chapatti and roast them ghee on a tawa till golden brown.
- Serve hot.
