Ingredients:
• 12 – tortillas, cut into long strips
• 1 – onion, sliced
• 1/4 cup – carrots, chopped
• 1/4 cup – cabbage, shredded
• 1/4 cup – capsicum, chopped
• 1/4 cup – Green peas frozen
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seed powder
• Salt
• 2 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• Sesame oil
Method:
- Heat sesame oil, add the sliced onions and saute for few seconds
- Add the carrots, green peas and saute for a few minutes.
- Now add cabbage, capsicum and saute again. The vegetables should be crunchy.
- Add the tortilla noodles along with garam masala powder, red chilli powder, soya sauce, cumin seed powder with enough salt and cook again for few minutes
- Toss gently until the noodles gets well coated with spices, and turn off the stove
- Garnish with the coriander leaves
