Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Urad Dal (skinned)
• 1 cup – jaggery, grated
• 1/2 cup – Ghee
Method:
- Fry urad dal.
- When it becomes light brown in colour, cool it and grind it to a fine powder.
- Mix it with grated jaggery.
- Slowly pour hot ghee over this mixture and mix well.
- Make laddoos of this mixture.
