Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Urad Dal (skinned)
• 1 cup – jaggery, grated
• 1/2 cup – Ghee

Method:

  1. Fry urad dal.
  2. When it becomes light brown in colour, cool it and grind it to a fine powder.
  3. Mix it with grated jaggery.
  4. Slowly pour hot ghee over this mixture and mix well.
  5. Make laddoos of this mixture.
