
Ingredients:
• 1. 25 cups – All-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup – Butter
• 1/2 tsp – Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp – Baking Soda
• 1 – Egg
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1/4 cup – Buttermilk
• 1 tsp – Vanilla essence
• 1 pinch – Salt
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and keep aside.
- Beat together the butter and sugar until they turn fluffy.
- Add the vanilla essence and eggs and beat for a few seconds.
- Finally add the buttermilk and beat again.
- Now gently fold the dry ingredients and mix well with a spatula.
- Pour the butter in a greased cupcake mould and bake for 15-20 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
