
Ingredients:
• 10 – Brinjals
• 3 – Onions
• 5 tbsp – oil
• 1/2 tbsp – cumin
• 1/2 tbsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tbsp – Urad Dal (white)
• 1 sprig – Curry leaves
• 1 tbsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1.5 cups – Milk
Method:
- Add oil to pan and wait till the oil gets heated.
- Add mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin and curry leaves.
- Add finely chopped brinjal pieces and let it cook until the brinjals soften.
- Add salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder to the mixture and stir well.
- Wait until the mixture cooks well, add milk to the mixture and let it cook until the oil separates.
- Serve with hot rice and ghee.
