
Ingredients:
• Wheat – 1 cup
• Rava – 2 tbsp
• Red Chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Green chilli, finely chopped – 2
• Corainder leaves, finely chopped
• Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
• Onion, chopped – 1
• Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
• Oil
• Salt as per taste
Method:
- Sieve the wheat flour and rava together and keep in a bowl.
- Add copped onion, coriander leaves, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chil
- powder, garam masala and lemon juice into flour.
- Make a thin paste of it with the help of water.
- Heat the tawa and pour one ladle paste to make a dosa.
- Cook till brown.
- Serve with chutney of your choice.
