
Ingredients:
• Soya granules – 250 g
• Fresh peas – 1 cup
• Coconut – 6 tbsp
• Ginger – 1/2 inch
• Garlic – 8 Cloves
• Coriander leaves, a few strands
• Dhania powder – 1 tsp
• Chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Cinnamon stick – 1 inch
• Cloves – 4
• Onion – 2
• Tomato – 1
• Salt – to taste
• Oil – 4 tbsp
Method:
- First, boil the water in a bowl. Then, add the soya granules in them and allow them to stay for 15 minutes.
- Then, squeeze out the water from the soya granules.
- Grind coconut, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, chilli powder, dhania powder, onion and tomato to a smooth paste.
- In a borosil bowl, add oil and heat on high for 2 minutes.
- Add the ground masala and fry for sometime in oil on high for 1 minute. Then add the peas and cook for 3 minutes.
- Now, add the squeezed soya granules and salt to it. Add a little water and allow to cook.
- Cook till the peas are tender. Ensure the gravy is not too watery.
- Garnish with the chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with puri or roti .
