
Ingredients:
• noodles 250 g
• Onions 2
• Carrots 4
• Beans 10
• Chilli 2-3
• Spring onions 4-5
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Salt (to taste)
Method:
- Take noodles in a bowl and add water to it.
- Boil the noodles until they become soft.
- Now strain the noodles until all the water is removed.
- Put 1/2 tbsp of oil and mix using a fork.
- Chop chillies, onions and the green leaves of the spring onions finely.
- Chop carrots into fine pieces and cut beans diagonally.
- Then put the cut pieces into a bowl and boil them.
- After all the vegetables are chopped, put oil in a pan.
- Put the chillies, onions and spring onions into the pan after the oil becomes hot.
- After the onions turn transparent, put the boiled vegetables (carrot and beans) and cook.
- After the vegetables are cooked, put the noodles and stir well.
- Keep on stirring for a while and then empty the contents of the pan into a serving dish.
