Ingredients:
• 4 – Sliced button Mushrooms
• 2 – eggs
• A pinch of pepper powder
• A pinch of Greek seasoning
• Salt to taste
Method:
- In bowl, take 2 eggs, add all seasonings and whisk it for a while.
- Pour few drops of oil in a non-stick pan and add half of sliced mushrooms in it and saute it for few seconds.
- Pour half of egg mixture onto it and spread it evenly on pan.
- Cook it for around a minute and flip it over to cook the other side.
- Repeat the same process for another omelette.
- Serve hot with bread toast.
