Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Dalia (broken wheat)
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 2 medium-sized onions, sliced
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 capsicums, finely chopped
• 3 cups – vegetables (peas, cauliflower, carrot, etc.), finely chopped
• 1 cup – Milk
• 3 tbsp – Corn flour
• 2 tsp – cumin powder
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• salt to taste
Method:
- Soak dalia in 1/2 cup warm water.
- In a separate pan, fry onions, add ginger-garlic paste, spices and fry for 2 more mins.
- Add vegetables and saute till they are soft. Remove from fire.
- Now squeeze excess water from soaked dalia and add to vegetable mix.
- Mix corn flour in milk and add.
- Transfer to a greased baking tray. Bake at 170 degrees C for 30-35 mins till well done. Serve hot.
