Ingredients:
• 1 – water melon, medium
• 100 g – Sugar
• Ice cubes – a few
Method:
- Cut out a square from the melon.
- Scoop out all the insides and whip with sugar and ice cubes in a mixie.
- Pour back into the watermelon shell and place in the fridge for 4 hours.
- Serve in the shell, with serving glasses on the side.
