Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – white pumpkin/ash gourd
• 2 – Onions (chopped finely)
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 2 – medium Tomatoes (chopped)
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Remove the skin, wash and cut the white pumpkin/ash gourd into medium size pieces and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add onions and fry till golden brown.
- Add the tomatoes chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger and garlic paste and saute for a few minutes.
- Add the white pumpkin/ash gourd and mix well.
- Cook on low heat till the white pumpkin/ash gourd is cooked.
