Ingredients:
• 2-3 Apples, medium sized
• Oil for frying
• For batter:
• 1/2 cup Gram Flour
• 1/4 cup Rice Flour
• 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp Hing
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp Haldi
Method:
- Prepare the batter for the bajji, adding a little water till you get the correct consistency.
- Cut the apples into small pieces, removing the seeds.
- Soak the apple pieces in the batter and deep fry till golden brown in colour.
- Serve with hot and sweet tomato sauce.
