Ingredients:

• 2-3 Apples, medium sized
• Oil for frying
• For batter:
• 1/2 cup Gram Flour
• 1/4 cup Rice Flour
• 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp Hing
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp Haldi

Method:

  1. Prepare the batter for the bajji, adding a little water till you get the correct consistency.
  2. Cut the apples into small pieces, removing the seeds.
  3. Soak the apple pieces in the batter and deep fry till golden brown in colour.
  4. Serve with hot and sweet tomato sauce.
