Ingredients:
• 1 Small, green cabbage, grated (you can use 1 package of readymade grated cabbage)
• 2 Green chillies / jalapeno
• 1/2 Lemon
• Handful of Coriander leaves
• 4/5 Carrots
• Salt to taste
• For tadka
• Olive oil (very little)
• 1/2 tsp- Mustard Seeds
• 1/4 tsp- Hing
Method:
- Grate carrots and cabbage.
- Heat oil and prepare the tadka. Add grated carrots and cabbage and fry them for 30 seconds till the raw smell goes away.
- Mix them well with chopped green chilli, lime juice, and salt to make a salad.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve them with parathas, poories, or rice.
