Ingredients:

• 1lb – button mushrooms, sliced
• 1 lb – Cottage cheese
• To taste – black pepper
• For batter:
• 1 cup – white flour
• 2 – eggs
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil or melted oleo
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1/2 cup – water
• whipped yogurt – 2 – tbsp

Method:

  1. Saute mushrooms in 2 tbsp of oleo for 2 to 3 minutes until they become tender.
  2. Mix the cottage cheese and pepper.
  3. Put all the batter ingredients in a food processor, and whizz until smooth.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  5. Use the crepe batter to make about 12 thin crepes.
  6. Put a little of the mushroom mixture in the middle of each crepe, dividing it evenly among them.
  7. Roll the crepes up and place them side by side in a shallow casserole.
  8. Pour some whipped yogurt over them.
  9. Cover tightly with a foil and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
