
Ingredients:
• 4 Chicken breasts
• 4 eggs
• 1 1.5 cup – Chicken stock
• 4 tbsp – dark soya sauce
• 2 tbsp – light soy sauce
• 4 tbsp – dry sherry
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 6 onions, cut into thin rings
• 1 tsp – Garlic powder
Method:
- Clean and cut the chicken breasts into thin strips or cubes.
- Boil the chicken stock, add the soya sauce, dry sherry, sugar and boil further.
- add the chicken strips to the stock and simmer over low heat for 5-6 minutes.
- Add the chopped onions and keep for a minute.
- Then add the lightly beaten eggs and let it stand for another 2 minutes.
- Stir carefully, remove from the heat and serve with hot rice.
