Ingredients:
• 5 slices- bread
• 2- Onions
• 2 cups- yogurt
• 1/2 -coconut
• 3 tbsp-coriander leaves, chopped
Method:
- Grate coconut. Finely chop onions and coriander. Mix to grated coconut.
- Put this mixture aside.
- Remove the brown edges of the bread.
- Wet the bread with water.
- Press the bread so that the extra water in it is drained.
- Put the mixture in bread slice.
- Roll it into small balls.
- Now pour the thick beaten yogurt on to the balls.
- Garnish with coriander.
- Ready to serve.
