Ingredients:

• 1 small Cauliflower
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1/2 cup grated cheese
• 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
• 1 cup Milk
• 1/2 tsp pepper powder
• 2 tbsp water
• 2 tbsp Butter
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Clean and cut cauliflower and place in microwaveable bowl. Sprinkle the water all over, and cook covered on high for 5 to 6 minutes or until tender. Drain and keep aside.
  2. Melt butter in the microwave and then add the flour, salt, and pepper to it.
  3. Stir in milk and make a smooth mixture. Cook again on high for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Add in the cheese and parsley.
  5. When the cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened, pour it over the cauliflower.
