Ingredients:

• 1 – Egg
• 1 cup – rava
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 – onion, finely chopped
• Green chilli, chopped – 2
• Oil (required for deep frying)
• Salt to taste
• Chaat masala

Method:

  1. Beat the egg
  2. Add suji and mix well to a consistency to make pakoras
  3. Add the chopped onions, chilli and mix
  4. Keep aside for 5 mins
  5. Warm oil in a deep kadai
  6. Take out equal amount of the mix and deep frying hot oil until it turns brown
  7. Serve hot with fresh-green chutney or sauce
