
Ingredients:
• 1 – Egg
• 1 cup – rava
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 – onion, finely chopped
• Green chilli, chopped – 2
• Oil (required for deep frying)
• Salt to taste
• Chaat masala
Method:
- Beat the egg
- Add suji and mix well to a consistency to make pakoras
- Add the chopped onions, chilli and mix
- Keep aside for 5 mins
- Warm oil in a deep kadai
- Take out equal amount of the mix and deep frying hot oil until it turns brown
- Serve hot with fresh-green chutney or sauce
