Ingredients:

• For the Coffee Concoction:
• Ground Coffee – 3 tbsp
• Water – 200 ml
• Sugar – to taste
• Others:
• Frozen Full Fat Milk – 400 ml
• Vanilla Ice-cream – 4 scoops
• To Decorate:
• Chocolate Syrup
• Fried Coconut flakes or Pistachios

Method:

  1. Bring to boil Coffee with Sugar in 200 ml Water. Reduce flame to medium and simmer for a further 10 mins.
  2. Allow to cool. Leave it in for atleast 1 hour.
  3. Line a strainer with kitchen towel or kitchen tissue and filter the liquid. The resulting aromatic liquid is the concoction that make for the Iced Coffee.
  4. In a tall glass or one of your choice, spray the inside with Chocolate syrup in circles. Chill in the fridge till required, this will set the Chocolate syrup.
  5. Next add to a blender full fat Milk cubes and Ice Cream and blend till smooth.
  6. In the glass pour over the Coffee concoction, top with Milk and Ice cream.
  7. Serve garnished with fried Coconut flakes or Pistachios.
