Ingredients:
• For the Coffee Concoction:
• Ground Coffee – 3 tbsp
• Water – 200 ml
• Sugar – to taste
• Others:
• Frozen Full Fat Milk – 400 ml
• Vanilla Ice-cream – 4 scoops
• To Decorate:
• Chocolate Syrup
• Fried Coconut flakes or Pistachios
Method:
- Bring to boil Coffee with Sugar in 200 ml Water. Reduce flame to medium and simmer for a further 10 mins.
- Allow to cool. Leave it in for atleast 1 hour.
- Line a strainer with kitchen towel or kitchen tissue and filter the liquid. The resulting aromatic liquid is the concoction that make for the Iced Coffee.
- In a tall glass or one of your choice, spray the inside with Chocolate syrup in circles. Chill in the fridge till required, this will set the Chocolate syrup.
- Next add to a blender full fat Milk cubes and Ice Cream and blend till smooth.
- In the glass pour over the Coffee concoction, top with Milk and Ice cream.
- Serve garnished with fried Coconut flakes or Pistachios.
