Ingredients:

• 250g – Curd
• 50g – boiled green gram
• 25g – chopped Carrot
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder (optional)

Method:

  1. Take curd in a bowl.
  2. Add the boiled green gram and chopped carrot to it. Mix well
  3. Then add salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder and mix well.
  4. Serve raita with any main dish.
