
Ingredients:
• 1 loaf – large sliced sandwich bread
• 500gm – boiled, mashed Potatoes
• 100gm – fresh Green peas
• 50gm – chopped Onions
• 1 – Green chilli
• 100 gm – fresh cheese
• 10g Tomato paste
• 10g – salt
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – red paprika
• 2 tsp – black pepper
• Fresh Coriander leaves
• Vegetable oil for deep frying
Method:
- Trim the edges of the loaf.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
- Wet one bread slice with water and press to remove excess water.
- Put a spoonful of filling into the centre of bread slice, fold the bread in the shape of a roll.
- Deep fry these rolls until they are golden and crisp.
- Serve warm with a spicy chutney or tomato sauce.
