
Ingredients:
• 8- Bitter gourd
• 4 tbsp – Vegetable Oil
• For stuffing
• 4 -Boiled Potatoes (medium)
• Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – Anar dana
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Salt
• 1/2 tsp -Red Chilli powder
Method:
- Boil bitter gourd for 5 mins and slit them lengthwise.
- Mash the potatoes and mix all the ingredients with spoon.
- Stuff the bitter gourds and fry them in a pan on low flame. They are ready to be served with hot chapatti.
