Ingredients:

• 2 bunches of Cilantro
• 6-8 green chilies
• 2 Tomatoes
• 1.5 tbsp salt
• Seasoning-
• 2-3 tbsp oil
• 1/2 tbsp – Jeera
• 1/2 tbsp – cumin
• 4-5 Curry leaves

Method:

  1. Take a Frying pan add oil to it
  2. Add chillies, tomatoes, and cilantro
  3. Fry for 10-15 minutes in medium heat and grind them when its cool
  4. Add salt and add the seasoning.
  5. serve this with medu vada, dosai or plain rice.
