
Ingredients:
• Bread – 6 slices
• semolina – 1 cup
• Malai – 1 cup
• Green chillies – 3 to 4
• Salt as per taste
Method:
- Add salt, semolina and finely chopped green chillies to the malai. Mix well. | Take one slice of bread and coat this mixtures on both sides.
- Take a pan, heat it (don’t add oil) and add the slice. Let the malai melt.
- Cook till it turns brown on both sides.
