Ingredients:
• 1 – pineapple, peeled and chopped
• 1/2 cup – Mint leaves
• 10-12 – ice cubes
• few Mint sprigs
Method:
- Place pineapple, mint and ice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses.
- Top with mint sprigs.
- Serve chilled.
