Ingredients:
• 6 – bread slices
• 1 cup – finely cut vegetables (carrot, onions, tomatoes, beans)
• 1 cup – grated mozzarella cheese
• 2 – Green chillies
• salt
Method:
- Take a kadai and just saute the vegetables with little oil.
- To this add the green chillies finely cut and salt to taste. Fry for 1 minute.
- Take each slice and spread the vegetable mixture on top.
- On top of it add the grated cheese. Spread it fully in the shape of the bread.
- Preheat the oven on medium temperature and place this sandwich on the upper grill.
- When the cheese melts, it is ready.
- Eat it hot.
