Ingredients:
• Chicken wings – 1 kg
• flour – 1 cup
• 1 egg, beaten with 1 tsp water
• oil – 1 cup
• For the Sauce:
• soya sauce – 3 tbsp
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Garlic powder – 1 tsp
• water – 1.5 cup
Method:
- Clean, cut the chicken wings and apply salt to them.
- After some time, dip the wings in the beaten eggs and then roll in the flour.
- Fry the coated chicken wings and place them in a baking tray.
- Mix all the ingredients mentioned below the sauce.
- Bring to a boil and pour over the fried chicken wings.
- Bake this in a pre-heated oven for an hour.
- Remove once the sauce thickens and serve hot.
