Ingredients:

• Chicken wings – 1 kg
• flour – 1 cup
• 1 egg, beaten with 1 tsp water
• oil – 1 cup
• For the Sauce:
• soya sauce – 3 tbsp
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Garlic powder – 1 tsp
• water – 1.5 cup

Method:

  1. Clean, cut the chicken wings and apply salt to them.
  2. After some time, dip the wings in the beaten eggs and then roll in the flour.
  3. Fry the coated chicken wings and place them in a baking tray.
  4. Mix all the ingredients mentioned below the sauce.
  5. Bring to a boil and pour over the fried chicken wings.
  6. Bake this in a pre-heated oven for an hour.
  7. Remove once the sauce thickens and serve hot.
