Ingredients:

• Soya noodles – 200 gms
• Oil- 3-4 tsp
• Curry powder – 1 tsp
• Buttom mushrooms, cut into circles – 200 gms
• Broccoli, cut into small pieces – 200 gms
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil the soya noodles in salted water till tender.
  2. Drain out all the excess water.
  3. Heat the oil on the tawa and fry the mushrooms and broccoli on medium heat, adding salt to taste.
  4. Cook till slightly tender crunchy.
  5. Mix in noodles and the curry powder and cook on the tawa for 2-3 mins more, stirring from time to time.
  6. Serve as a full meal.
