Ingredients:
• For this fritters:
• 10 – baby Corns
• 3 tsp – maida/ All purpose flour
• 2 tsp – Corn flour
• A pinch of colouring powder and Asafoetida
• 1 tsp – ginger- Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – baking powder
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Chop the baby corns. In a bowl , mix the flours, with ginger- garlic paste, colouring powder, chilli powder and salt.
- Add little water and make the batter little thick.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Dip the chopped baby corn in the batter and deep fry them until golden brown.
- Golden fried baby corn fritters are ready to serve.
