
Ingredients:
• 250 g – mixture of wheat, rice, corn, besan, jowar and Bajra flours
• 2 tbsps – crushed black pepper
• 6 tbsps – Ghee
• Salt as per taste
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix all the flours with ghee, salt and black pepper.
- Knead the flour with warm water.
- Make small balls an then roll them out into small puris.
- Prick them with a fork.
- Deep fry it and enjoy with tea.
